Managed Business Email

Your business email, looked after.

Email at your own domain, with the records that authenticate it set up correctly, and someone to sort it out when it stops working. The mailbox subscription stays in your name with your provider.

What it covers, and what it costs

Managed Business Email

$15/month · up to 3 mailboxes, then $5 each

Your business email, looked after. I set up and keep the DNS and authentication records correct (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), administer the mailbox account, and sort it out when something stops working. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 handle delivery themselves; a mail server of your own, rather than theirs, is more work and quoted separately. One price covers up to 3 mailboxes, and addresses like info@ or sales@ can usually point at an existing mailbox for free. Your mailbox subscription is billed by the provider directly and stays in your name, so the account is always yours.

DNS & email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) · Mailbox provider administration · Adding, removing & resetting staff accounts · Domain expiry & certificate warnings · Support when mail stops working.

The mailbox subscription itself is billed by your provider and stays in your name — about $9–11 per mailbox per month for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Pay for a year upfront and get one month free — 12 months for the price of 11. Applies to Managed Hosting, Acuity Care, Local SEO, database infrastructure and business email.

Setting it up

Domain & Business Email Setup is $75, once. I configure your domain's DNS and business email — verification, basic email authentication, and connecting everything to your site and email provider. Domain registration and email subscriptions are billed separately by the registrar/provider (domain pricing varies by extension — .com, .ca, .net, etc.), and you keep ownership of both.
