Three custom-designed pages, usually home, services and contact, or a single page with your own editing panel so you can change its words, photos and prices yourself. The design is made for your business, like every package I build. You supply the text and I research and rework it for search on every page; that is in the price. Hosting is $20/month. A site that grows past 3 pages moves up to the next package; past 25 pages it is quoted as a custom package. Tools such as online booking are added on, on any package.

Set up so Google can find you means the technical groundwork every build gets: semantic page structure, metadata setup, crawlability, sitemap support, performance optimization, and appropriate business schema. It's a baseline, not ongoing optimization or guaranteed rankings; that's what Acuity Local SEO is for.
Online booking ($1,500), a quote calculator or your own editing panel can be added to Small Business, as to any package. Tools and what they cost. A site past 25 pages is quoted, with extra pages at $400 each as the guide.

Managed Hosting at $20/month keeps the site live. Acuity Care is optional when you pay upfront, included while a website is being financed on a Subscription Plan, and optional again once it is paid in full.

Who edits the site
I do. You send me what you want changed and I make the change. With Acuity Care, small changes to what is already there are simply done, with no invoice; without it, changes are Pay As Needed at $125/hour.
If you would rather edit it yourself, add an editing panel to any package: $500 once to set it up, then $150 for each page you choose. You sign in and change the words, photos and prices on those pages yourself. There is no monthly charge for it, and the pages you leave out I change for you.
What you own, and if you leave
Once the work is paid for in full, your domain, content, data and branding are yours, along with everything made specifically for your business. The website itself comes with a permanent, royalty-free licence to host it anywhere, run it, back it up and change it for your business — there is nothing to keep paying for the right to use it. The licence goes with your business if you sell it; it does not cover copying, reselling or white-labelling the site or its tools for anyone else.
Your licence and your right to use the website continue permanently once it is paid for. Managed Hosting, monitoring, support and my code warranty continue only while I host it.
Once your account is paid up, I send you a copy of the site's code and content within 5 business days of asking in writing, whether you're leaving or not, and I keep hosting the site until you have it. Help moving it to another host, including reconnecting its custom tools, is Pay As Needed at $125/hour.
